Shakib Al Hasan is a Bangladeshi international cricketer and captain who played Test, ODI and T20I cricket for the Bangladeshi cricket team.

A lot of the European players I have met didn’t get much exposure previously, so I think this will be a great opportunity for them. We also have some players with a lot of experience playing all over the world, and they can share their knowledge. The younger players can learn a great deal from them. I’ve played with and against all of them in many tournaments throughout my career, so we have known each other for quite a long time. Because of that, it shouldn’t be difficult for us to gel as a team and hopefully contribute well and achieve good results. They have served England for quite a long time and have been very successful, whether in franchise leagues or representing the national team. So, we expect a similar level of performance from them.
